Our production facility in Vazzola (TV) houses 22 machines, including: CNC lathes (fixed-head and sliding-headstock); multi-spindle and single-spindle cam lathes; CNC machining centres. These technologies allow us to process raw materials with diameters from 4 mm to 75 mm, and produce batches from 500 pieces to large volumes, depending on the customer’s requirements.
To ensure compliance with client specifications, we are equipped with an internal metrology lab having 3D measuring machines, Optical measuring machines and Roundness testers. Used by highly qualified personnel, these sophisticated instruments consent to achieve excellent precision levels.
To meet our goal of constantly improving quality, we regularly update our machinery and work on process optimization following the principles of Industry 4.0. We have a computerized communication network connecting all production elements, to maximize efficiency, reduce production costs, and ensure complete traceability of every product, from raw material receipt to packaging and shipping.
